Just a redesign of Angelina's Queen of Heart's design from the Ciel in Wonderland OVA

I don't get why they thought blue would look good with all that red. The rest of the changes were just me having fun. Always love my lace brushes. I'm fairly happy with how this turned out, it seems to actually look good as a thumbnail which is a sign I did pretty good. I was thinking that I would just redesign a few other costumes but I never really got around to it.
